Task Brief

We have a short activity to allow a moment for you to reflect on the past content and to generate some discussion and collective ideas in our community related to cyber security and awareness.

You may choose one of the following:
  1. What are some student-friendly “scam scenarios” that you could use in the classroom for encouraging students to critically think about messages they receive? Create your own “fake scam” to share with the community so they can try and spot the tell-tale signs!
  2. Create or find a classroom resource that teaches students about creating strong passwords, passcodes or passphrases.
  3. Share your thoughts on what you imagine to be the future of cyber attacks. Consider the types of information we store and share online today. What information will hackers try to get in the future? What approaches do you think they will use?
In your post, we encourage you to include an image or any links to a video or URL if it is useful.
